Tobi Fairley’s InBox Interiors is a do-it-yourselfer’s option for great interior design. We will give you everything you need to know to create a stunning result, including a furniture plan, fabric and paint samples, a shopping list, and thorough instructions for turning your InBox interior into a reality.
Here’s how it works…
InBox Interiors projects are created by a Tobi Fairley team member and are consistent with the aesthetic for which Tobi Fairley’s designs have become known. All selections for InBox Interiors projects are available online or locally, as opposed to the custom and trade-only options used for full-service Tobi Fairley Design clients. Sustainability is a key element of InBox Interiors, so we are thrilled to give new life to old pieces whether they are already yours or you want to search for them in your favorite second-hand store or flea market.
Where our full-service projects often include many hours of face-to-face meetings with Tobi and staff, communication for InBox interiors projects happen only via email with a Tobi Fairley team member. This is the reason for the name InBox Interiors—your design totally evolves between our inbox and yours.
For InBox Interiors projects, we rely on digital photographs and measurements of your space that you provide, so we never actually visit your home. Once you sign on as an InBox client, we will provide you with everything you need to know in order to send us precise photographs and measurements. This will ensure that our finished design is completely personalized for your space. We will also have you fill out our InBox Interiors client profile so we know all about you. The more we know about your likes and dislikes, the better we are able to create a design that represents your unique personality and style.
Once we have all of this information we set to work on your InBox project. Then in 6 to 8 weeks, you will receive a personalized plan for creating a Tobi Fairley inspired interior. Here is what you can expect to receive:

A gorgeous hard-back “Look book” that includes concept photos, a floor-plan of your room, furniture placement drawn to scale, selections for furniture and accessories, sketches and elevations of important details for your space, an organized shopping guide complete with pricing, and thorough instructions on how to implement your design. This handy book will fit perfectly in your bag if you go shopping and want to take your design plan with you!

A samples packet with the paint, fabrics, and wallcoverings that we have selected for your project. This packet will be tucked neatly in the back pocket of your Look Book for reference.

A beautiful box to keep your design organized. It will hold your In Box Interiors Look Book and it’s the perfect place to keep receipts and other information you gather while implementing your design.
